Great Service from Santam

I was with Santam insurance company but went thru a broker (yes I know brokers also needs to make a living), but due to the economy and everything getting more and more expensive I had to sit down and have a good look at where money can be saved and decided to phone Santam myself and see if it will be beneficial for me to go straight thru Santam for house and car insurance – was a bit nervous initially but the most lovely person picked up the phone and immediately put my mind at ease that she would guide me step for step and I ended up saving a whopping R1100 a month for 100% the same coverage – if I did not see it with my own eyes I would have never believed it is possible. My whole insurance premium is less than my car previously alone. Can highly recommend Lulama Spele to talk to, she is extremely knowledgeable and you can hear the kindness in her voice. And yes I know going thru a broker is a “luxury” but is it really worth R1100
