On the 9th of March I got into an accident with a Santam client and a claim was sent forward and my matter was handled by Itumeleng Lefakane, after a few weeks I got a settlement offer that was too low, I then spoke to her to explain and she told me it was some negligence from my side, to which I denied and had to prove, after that they sent another settlement offer that was better than the first one.
