Great service from Complaints department

My initial thoughts with having to dealing with the Complaints department was very presumptions.

After dealing with Stephan Olivier I was pleasantly surprised. He had a detailed explanation of events that occurred. He also outlined their standard processes and advised that my matter should be resolved within their SLA. Which it was!
