I've been a Santam client for over 15 years now and I've always had great service from them. Lately, I've been truly impressed by how integrated all their customer communication channels are. I just added a new vehicle to my policy and it was so straight-forward. Mariam Petersen, the agent who helped me, was a delight to work with.
