Great service and speedy response

<p>I've never dealt with such a proficient insurance company before. I've called on a number of occasions and Lerato Ramathebane & Kent Losper were just so proactive and went an extra mile to assist me. Their sense of urgency and speedy response made me feel at ease and certain that I've made the best decision by choosing to be insured with Santam. I hope and pray that the level of service and professionalism won't change. Within a few days after I called regarding my claim, an assessor was appointed and had already started working on my claim, there were minor issues but she went the extra mile to investigate and reverted to me timeously, which made a lasting impression on me. I'm glad my partner referred me to Santam and now I can barely wait for him to join me so he can be at ease, at all times. Thank you so much Lerato & Lesper, and the rest of the team that was ever so patient with me on the long call when I was getting my quote!</p>
