Great service and easy to use interfaces.

Just a brief note of thanks in the way my claim was handled, by the system and more specifically by Tasleem.

The claims process is easy to use and follow, and submit claims, both using the app and online. Claim tracking is excellent.

Add to that the great service provided by Tasleem regarding updates, claims status to conclusion confirms that Santam is still the correct choice of insurer for me.

When Tasleem was off at the beginning of the claim, his colleague who I unfortunately did not get the name of, was equally professional.
