Great Santam Customer Service but questionable service provider.

The service I received from Mpho was great @ Santam but the service provider was another story. He never showed up to check my damaged inverters. Reprot went in and my clain was approved. I queried this with Mpho and he quickly sent another service provider as he couldnt get hold of the first one. Although I am happy with this I just wanted to check who I can report this to. The guy was peter brandt from a precion something labs on phone number ***. He said he was an electrical engineer but refused to give me his ECSA number. My system was set up by a Pr.ENG and I wanted to make sure the guy knew what he was doing so I checled it and the engineering council had no idea who he was. Does santam check this or what?
