Great Friendly Service

I phoned the claims office to lodge a claim for my vehicle. First time I called I had quick service , supp**** me with all relevant information, what the excess is, how much the refundable deposit is for the car rental, where I needed to take my car, which assessment center is closest to me. On the same day I received a call from the assessment center confirming the assessment (where and when). I phoned today to do a follow up. I received very friendly service explaining where in the process my approvals is. Explained the car rental. (Also explained I would have/will receive a call to confirm the approvals - I probably should just have phoned later or waited for the call and not first thing in the morning). I am very happy with the friendly and efficient service from SANTAM Claims in the process of lodging the claim.
