Great experience with santam and my assessor Tasleem Bester. Who was extremely helpful, understanding and considerate of the incident that happened. Gave great explanations and clearly explained the process. Reassuring me that there would be no additional expenses and stress. Followed up regularly with check ins, regarding the work that needed to be completed.
