Great Customer service by Nontlahla and information sharing

I called to temporarily Change my overnight parking and that was done swiftly with Nontlahla; and she offered to add an additional person to be cover by the insurance at no additional cost, while the sales person who opened the policy didn't want to do it. I have peace of mind now knowing that both my husband and I are covered. I hope Santam service will always be like this in future.
