Great Client Experience

I went to builders this morning to buy paint. My car wouldnt start so i called Santam Roadside Assist. The agent was empathetic asked if i felt safe in the parking and then took my details and explained what would happen next. Within 10min the service provider called to confirm he was appointed by my insurer and was on his way. Within 15min he was there, quickly confirmed his credentials and then worked on my car. The whole experience from my first to call to my vehicle starting took 26min. 08h21 call, car start 08h47 Well done Santam team, Im glad i switched to Santam.
