GREAT AND PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE AT SANTAM

I came into your offices today needed to add a vehicle to my policy , I am a 87 year old pensioner and not only wanted to good premium I was first assisted by Lavonia Johnson at the reception and as much I was extremely upset she assisted me with complete professionalism. I only wanted to be assisted by a senior manager however there was no one available to assist me. I was assisted by 2 lovely friendly and helpful ladies from the client engagement ***hmieda Davids and the claims manager Vuyiswa Magadla who understood my frustration and not only were able to manage my expectations but gave me a good premium for a brand new 2022 vehicle , they assisted me with a even cheaper premium that I wanted.
