I am unhappy with the no service I am getting from Santam, I have registered a claim almost a week ago. I had my car broken into and have all my valuables ******, Handbag with cellphone, ID, drivers license, bank card, laptop and Ipad literally my life is ****** from this incident. No one has contacted me.

Can Santum please call and process my claim - I need a cell phone to be able to make contacts to recover all my ****** goods.
