Good service from Santam

I had to sort some changes to my Mother's Santam Policy on the 27th December 2024, and was connected to a certain Mr. Ibrahim Jamodien of Santam whom assisted in sorting out said changes, etc. While I may not be the easiest customer, said Mr. Jamodien was extremely patient and obviously competent in what he does. My problems were explained in a straightforward manner, and I managed to resolve the issues quickly with the help of said Mr Jamodien. Good work Santam. I
