Good Policy Renewal Experience
The call centre assistant, Lunga, really helped me very well with my policy renewal issue. Santam increases my premium annually by far more than inflation. Lunga helped me to bring it down to a reasonable amount with was our current inflation rate. He was helpful and pleasant,
