Good Morning... My name is Mphohlele Stona and Im not a happy client of santam since I have submitted my claim for over a month and it has not been finalized. You stated turnaround time is 4 working days after receiving a quote but Instead I have been assigned alot of unnecessary consultants who are not finalizing anything. I'm getting frustrated because I have been a loyal and trustworthy customer paying my insurance in due time but when it is time for your company to play your part I'm being sent left right & center. I thought this is the best insurance company but I'm starting to have doubts. I would like to ascalate the matter forward for answers.
