Good day The service received from the assessor, Siyanda Mdlulwa was that of being abrupt and unprofessional. Despite myself and my husband acknowledging that we were aware that we had to pay for leak detection but that the plumber had not provided a bill which we later learnt he deemed not necessary to do as the leak was visible. He said he could not charge us for a service he did not provide. On top of that, the plumber also discovered that my geyser was also leaking. We paid the excess of R 3500 and the geyser was replaced. We received excellent service from Kubendran Naidoo and explained that we opted for a cash payout since we had already paid for the excess of the geyser.
