Good day, it's with great appreciation I write this review, Santam is truly one of the best if not thee best insurer on the market. I was contacted by Tasneem Dout, a representative of Santam. Whereby the call was to alert me to the increase in my premium however I informed her that I was scheduled give Santam a call but never got around to do it, in reply to their price increase email. Tasneem Dout on behalf of santam herd my plea and understood that with rising costs it would be very difficult to except the increase. We were able to come to an understanding and it's with great pleasure I commend Tasneem Dout and Santam for their excellent service delivery and their ability to not only understand but meet their clients at the point of their need.
