Good Day, I want to give a compliment to Ntombizanele Johnson of Santam who assisted me this afternoon. I sent a claim last week today I called to get some feedback on my claim. I was transferred to Ntombi and it turned out my case was being handled by another consultant at first. Then it was transferred to Ntombi. After checking Ntombi saw the the previous consultant had communicated with the body shop on the 29th asking for a quotation. Ntombi then promised to escalate the matter with the bodyshop to send the quotation so the claim can move forward. I just received an email from Ntombi now saying she received what she needed from the bodyshop and she made my claim assessment ready. I'm impressed! I think she was very proactive in handling the process and completing her part. May she continue to give such excellent service!
