Good day

Good day. For months now I've been waiting on a response from any of the 4 Legal Officers that my claim (claim number: ‪***‬) has been assigned to so far. Not one call or email. The way this matter has been handled so far has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've asked numerous times to be put in contact with a SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER but even that has been ignored. Everytime I called each one I spoke to just gave me bull****. NEVER have I seen such unprofessional people. From the beginning till NOW I've been ignored. No emailing or calling me back. Truck drove into me sometime beginning October 2025 and now we're in March 2026 with no response from any of the 4 Legal Officers that it has been assigned to so far.
