For the first time in my life where an insurance went all out to get recovery from a company that its employee did not even report the accident that occurred in May 2023. Santam went all out and dedicated time to ensure that find the perpetrator get recovery. I'm highly delighted and a very proud client to be associated with Santam. This is proof that they value their clients and has the best interest. I personally thought is impossible for me to get my access back as most people thought it's impossible. I can proudly confirm that my excess was paid back in fully without a hustle.
