Good afternoon. Sorry for the late feedback. Had to attend to unforeseen circumstances. My son was hospitalized and it was a very traumatic week for me. I hereby wish to extend my satisfaction in the excellent service I received from my Assessor, Raeesha Mohamed. She was very quick in sorting out my claim. Santam has always paid out for claims without hesitation. Raeesha was very professional in dealing with me. She showed compassion for my loss and that for me was a HUGE PLUS. She even went the extra mile to assist me in changing my pin which I forgot. The steps were very easily explained to me. Thanks again!!!!!
