Gladys Ntini

I recently made a choice to change from my current insurer (needed new building insurance) and was shopping around for an alternative. I thought about Santam as my previous landlord used them during my days of renting and they were quite efficient in resolving claims. Fast forward to why I actually took up cover with Santam was a consultant by the name of Gladys Ntini. Not only is she well informed on the various products available, she made my day with her jokes too. I was initially only looking for building insurance but Gladys Ntini somehow convinced me to look into home contents insurance as well which I ended up taking too. Gladys Ntini is the epitome of a customer centric staff member. It was an absolute delight taking up cover with Santam all thanks to this remarkable individual. Thanks Gladys!!! You rock!!!
