This review doesn't allow for zero stars which is what Sanlam insurance company deserves. There are no technical 'he said she said ' arguments here. This was a simple case of initiating a small 3rd party insurance. Minimal. I pay thousands of rands in insurance and when it came down to it, they did NOTHING. 3 months of waiting for them to sort a fender bender out for a 3rd party. I have ended up paying it myself just to maintain some integrity with the individual I bumped. Sanlam has shown zero integrity. They have completely ghosted us and with zero reason. I highly recommend people think twice before using them.
