Furious claim process
I have been struggling with feedback, updates and information since my accident repair has been approved. Nobody takes accountability and either shoves the blame on someone else or ignores my pleas completely. I have made phone calls to extentions where there is never an answer, left messages with no call back and sent emails with no response. I am left completely in the dark and my car hire is due back this morning already after only 14 days usage. The panels hop is just as useless as they can't even tell me how far my repairs are. What am I supposed to do when I am not being assisted anywhere???
