Furious and Disappointed

So furious and disappointed, I've been with Santam now for almost 7 years and up until last year the service has been excellent BUT my last 2 claims have been handled abysmally by *********** (and sometimes rude) staff. Really unacceptable. I certainly wouldn't recommend them unless they up their game.
