After being sent from pillar to post after phoning back and forward to the tracker company and than back to SANTAM after 5 calls. I finally was put through to a agent called Peter while explaining he stopped me nicely and explained to me that he understands my frustration and will sort out my problem. Within minutes I was helped and my desperate cry was sorted out. Peter is a valuable asset to SANTAM 10/10.
