Frustrating

Worst experience so far by these guys, my wife was involved in a incident with their client and I'm given excuses every time I ask about my claim hence I have submitted every document ,affidavit, sketch everything they asked for but till today I have to submit they still ask me what happened during the accident and hence the statement is right they as they wanted.
