Friendly, courteous and effective agents at Santam
Although I am still waiting for them to solve my problem regarding registrating the Santam app on my phone, the help and guidance of Lilitha Mtendeni was superb and courteous.

08 Nov 2024, 16:41Hi again! After my satisfactory encounter concerning my previous encounter with Santam, I now have to reconsider. For days now I'm struggling to register their app for my cellphone. They simply cannot send me an OTP to conclude this simple action.... Over and over, email and email and nothing....No man!
