Friendly & attentive receptionist
The last few month I visited 3 times the branch in Port Elizabeth Moffet on Main.<br> From the beginning I have made the experience of a friendly and attentive receptionist out of the ordinary.<br> The lady remembered always m name, which is a foreign one and was very helpful. <br> It was the first positive experience with Santam and a great experience she welcomed me with my name as I popped-in after 3 weeks.
