<p>They have this wonderful add, we pay out in three days, what they dont tel you is that if their clients are in the fualt and ly third party's dont get paid out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I resently had an accident involving one of theri clients - AB Metal Recycling with a man by the name of Brandon, driving a black Izuzu company vehcile, as we turn left at the robot the came past me on a signle road and hit my vehicle on the side of the left at the wheel and light.</p> <p> </p> <p>So we exchandged details, and funny enought he gave me the incorrect contact details. So I went to do a police report on Sunday morning the day after the incedent. The Monday I got a company to track him down, which they did and sent him a letter telling him that he is laible for the cail om my vehicle. So Brandon called my asessors stating there was a third vehicle in volved, which 1st of all I have never mentioned. So my assesors asked me about if. As I have stated on my police report that he said there was a third vehicle, however never saw one at the seen nor did he have any other damadge to his vehicle, only on the side were my car damadged his when he hit me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So then all of a sudden Santam stated the are caliming from me, so Brendon staed that I drove into him.</p> <p> </p> <p>They never contacted my assosor to request my side of the sory after numoures phone called to Daylen Welcome and e mails the we finally got hold of Thuli, I explaned my story and staed I want my car fixed. I got told well their client staed I drove into him, so I said that it was not the truth. I got told "well he pays his premium even though he is lying". My assessors sent Thuli a mail agin and the will come bak to use with the merrit to the story. I pphone him back again asking what is going on, as they were supposed to come back to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thuli stated they will not pay out for the third party calim. I then said I want to do a pollygraph and was also denied to do so. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Why will I track him down if I drove into his car.</p> <p>2. Why will any person ly on a Police report, knowing if you **** you can get in to trouble.</p> <p>3. Why will I insist on a pollygraph if I was lying.</p> <p>4. Why did Santam not investigate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their client was lying and then they are trying to put in a calim against me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So moral of the story hope and pray you dont get in to an accident with a Santam policy holder and if you are a policy holder, hey you have free rain to oput in a much cliams for some thing and get a way with it as they dont investigate.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can call AB metal recycling on CNR Beyers Naude and colladge road and see Brandon and asking how he got away with it. no: ********** .
