*****: santam Wants my uncle to report the car for theft even though santam knows where the car is

UPDATE: My uncle's claim was closed because he refused to do a ***** santam insurance wanted him to do. They requested him to report his vehicle for theft only because santam does not want to pay the company that towed him. The company did not ***** the car. The assessors went to see the car and my uncle knows where the car is how can that be reported as theft? What saddens me the most is that santam is still deducting the premiums from him.
