I was de*****ed by this insurance. One of their clients Taahir Mohamed, rear ended me in 2017 so I claimed as a third party. The insurer ask me to get quotations and I did everything and gave them all my details including bank details. Once they got everything I never heard from them again until I called and they told me their client Dr Mohamed took the money claiming that he paid me while he never even contacted me. I asked how could they do that without even confirming with me? The answer was “we trust him because he’s our client”. I asked for his details from the insurance so I could contact him and resolve the issue but they refused and closed my case!
