Forced to Stay with Broker when We want to Go Direct

We have been trying for weeks to get a quote directly from Santam but they just keep pushing us back to the broker. We want to go direct but Santam just refuses to give us a quote or option to move from a broker to direct? I cannot understand this. We have been customers for more than 10 years.

Very frustrating! I just want to move direct and not be forced to use a broker who adds no value to the process.
