FNB INSURANCE

My car's window was broken into and the people who installed the window might have not done a proper installation. I have been calling FNB insurance brokers with no luck as the window wont fully close. Someone get back to me with where I can take the car for repairs soon, as this is a risk.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I cannot trace any policy with Santam using the ID number provided. So we would either need the claim or policy number, but preferably the claim number.

We are the underwriters, they are the brokers.

Please request from FNB the Santam claim number then we will gladly assist and try and resolve your concerns?

We cannot and do not have access to FNB policies.
