On the 27 December 2023 i was involved in an accident, head on collusion with vehicle registration HY55CX GP and is insured with Santam Insurance. Santam together with it's client are giving me run arounds. Mind you the client was arrested on the scene, we were then taken to the hospital. I can provide the case number upon request. Follow up with your client, he doesn't wanna open a claim. He said i should send him an email detailing the incident and explain why I'm holding him liable, then insurance will look into it.

Santam claimed that their investigation takes 10 days and requested all the supporting documents which i provided all of them. Now Santam is playing cat & mice, not answering calls and emails. Pay up for the damage done by your client (who was arrested) to my vehicle. PAY UP SANTAM

The accident occured in 27 Dec 2023 and to date NO MOVEMENT FROM SANTAM.
