First ever car accident and santam is on the ball. They are professional and empathetic towards their clients and I'm so glad i insured my vehicle with them. Emma Meyers (claims dept) and Carin Du Plessis (legal dept) are the lovely women working on my claim and I have to admit I couldn't have asked for a better team. They have always answered my questions with professionalism and honesty. Being new to a claim, I had no idea what to expect from such a horrible accident but they made this process easier for me.
