Fine print

***3*001 / ***3*001*008. I was advised to work through the Ombudsman, which I did not want to do but I did and it did not helped in any case, because they kept throwing the fine print at me. And SANTAM made it clear they are not going to pay.

Not sure that you understand what you have read about the Ombudsman's response in my last reply, but I did say there that they agree with you that I was not covered by your insurance. Like I said it is in the fine print. although my claim still is that the tree was not on my property. But nobody gave me a positive answer when damage is caused by something from the neighbour. But you know what I am a single person that will sit with the damage forever and you are a big company that can sponsor events an can run adverti*****ts in magazines and on TV, so this is what it is and even your response get a 1 from me.
