FIND ANOTHER INSURER
Santam staff did not underwrite my policy properly and came to claim stage they refused to pay. I am a client for 20 years. Also, they are useless when it comes to their claims process. You will not get feedback and all their touchpoints are useless. @Santam, you do not need to reply nor get in touch with me as I am now going to the Ombud for STI. Rather pay a bit more at another insurer - DO NOT USE SANTAM
