FIND ANOTHER INSURER!!!

THEY ARE USELESS!!!! In Dec 2022 I was advised by Maleeka at their claims dept that she would follow up if the lady that knocked into me honoured her payment to them. 2 months later and no feedback from her. I mailed her today and she said she would urgently follow up. As USUAL, she did not get back to me. Her and Santams service is useless. Since my claim last year it has been a nightmare dealing with everyone at Santam, especially their management and senior management - THEY JUST DONT CARE.
