Fantastic Retention

<p>I am most impressed with the fantastic service recieved from Melissa (Retentions department). I had initially called through twice and spoke to Ricardo, who just asked me to send an email through and not much help at all, considering the time limit I had to cancel if I wanted to. My former broker also spoke to a "relations manager" who failed to give results. Third time lucky, I got through to Melissa, and after hearing my whole scenario and reason, she gladly assisted me with the results I expected from a company of high status. I was ready to move over, along with my families 6 vehicle covers, to Outsurance. This is an employee, certainly worth gold as she understands a clients needs and knows how to keep them! Well Done.</p>
