False advertising 😑

Please advised Santam Direct sales had a promotion. Whereby if they do not meet your current insurance they will give you a R500 take alot voucher.

I spoke to a consultant the ladys name was Tamara Solomans on Friday 22 August. They quote was much higher. She requested me to send her my latest policy schedule which I did. Since then I had no correspondence from them. Very disappointing.
