False Advertising and Zero Feedback

I made a purchase on Takealot.com and upon completion was presented with a adverti*****t from Santam claiming that they offer Takealot voucher if they cannot match or beat you current insurance. I entered my details and within minutes received a phone call from the agent to assist with a quote. After a loooooong phone call and only covering half of my current insured policy could they not match my current insurance. In fact was the quoted premium excessively higher. I then received a email from the agent requesting my current policy as proof and three weeks later have not received any feedback not any voucher. Complete false advertising and with this type of response can they be sure I will never be a customer.
