Failure to apply mind to the merits of the claim

Santam ***, very appauled with the manner in which Santam insurance wants to rob a client all cause her vehicle was uninsured at the time of the accident, their insured rear ended Ms Msindo's car and now they want to apportion the matter wherein client has no contributory negligence, this is outright day light ******* and incompetence to assess merits and pay out what is due, trying to make out a saving out of an innocent third party. There is an independent witness to verify how the incident as well. first the matter drags and then follows the sheer disregard by the uninsured legal department
