Failed by santam phone insurance

The santam insurance, is a very bad company, i paid premiums for over 1year and when my phone got broken, they didnt repair my instead, they took a motherboard lyng there and assemble it and give it to me, the phone come with a different IMEI number. So with all that i said to them they must declare the phone beyond economical repair, since they couldnt fix my actual phone but instead assemble a motherboard that is lyng there and give me. And now they dont want to return my old phone and my 1year premiums including the excess money back.

I m very dissappointed with them
