Fabulous custormer service experience

I was a victim of remote jamming and the contents of my boot was ******. I reported the theft to the police and then logged a claim with Santam. The assessor Ann, called the same evening I logged the claim to talk through what happened. She went on to explain what will be covered and when the money will be paid into my account. It was the best service I had ever received from an insurer. Well done Ann and well done Santam !
