Extremely Rude Assessor

My recent experience with an Assessor from Santam was absolutely terrible!!! I queried his quote assessment as there were aspects I did not understand but he not only spoke over me, but raised his voice and told me that I should have claimed from my own insurance. I did not ask for your client to reverse into my stationary vehicle in a parking lot!!! Your assessor's behaviour towards me was just disgusting. I would not recommend Santam.
