Extremely poor customer service!

After being a customer for many years Santam is letting me down! I need an explanation why the premium on my motor vehicle is going up after the value of the vehicle is going down every year. After weeks and weeks of querying them regarding this they just ignore me and refuse to answer the issue. Pathetic! Maybe it's time to look for a more customer friendly company!
