Extremely Disappointed with Santam

I recently saw a promotion advertised on Takealot by Santam, which clearly stated that if they could not beat your premium, they would give you a R500 Takealot voucher.

Well, they did not beat my premium — yet no voucher has been issued to me as promised. This is misleading advertising and incredibly poor service from a company that claims to be one of South Africa’s leading insurers.

Consumers deserve honesty and accountability. If you put out a promotion, you should honor it. Very disappointing, Santam.
