Extremely disappointed customer

This has been the worst service I’ve ever received Not only is my insurance way to high for the car that I’m driving, I found out that over and above the access that I’m aware of there’s an additional voluntary access which I’ve never heard of, they fail to explain to why I would have a premium that high to begin with
